About me

I am a person centred therapist with extensive experience in time limited therapy within NHS as well as open ended work.
I have worked as a counsellor since 2005 working predominately in GP Surgeries and for the NHS
I can offer both face to face or online sessions from my treatment room in Chichester

I also have a qualification in Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression which is an NICE approved qualification for working with depression

I am an assessor, and moderator and for The Metanoia Institute for counselling students training in Person Centred Experiential Counselling for Depression

I currently also provide supervision for trainee and qualified counsellors

Areas of interest

My areas of interest include working with long term conditions such as Fibromyalgia and M.E as well as depression anxiety, bereavement, work related stress, redundancy, relationship issues, sexual abuse , life transitions etc
