About me

Dr Stavros Santis graduated from the Welsh Institute of Chiropractic in 2014 after completing his Masters degree (MChiro). He is a certified member of the GCC and Scottish Chiropractic Association.

Dr Santis is based in Canary Wharf & Hackney (East London) and has over 11 years of clinical experience having worked in various clinics across the UK and also in Australia. Dr Santis has also completed a post-graduste training diploma in Muscular Dry Needling, as well as the Royal College of Chiropractors PRT scheme.

He has trained under and worked with some of the finest chiropractors during his time in Australia which has given him a far greater variety of chiropractic spinal and joint manipulation techniques.

Stavros's specialist areas include spinal and joint conditions, Headache & Migraine management, disc decompression, postural analysis and correction, management of trapped nerves and sciatica, Muscle pain and sporting injuries, shoulder pain such as frozen shoulder and rotator cuff impingement, knee / feet / ankle pain and pregnancy related lower back and hip/pelvic pains. He also has a lot of experience with and enjoys helping to treat and manage conditions related to Hypermobility.

Stavros utilizes the following treatment methods:
- Joint Manipulation of the spine and extremeties (Diversified technique)
- ART aka Active / Deep tissue release,
- Dry Needling aka Trigger point needling
- Corrective Exercise & Stretch prescription
- Y-strap spinal decompression manipulation
(Stavros is one of only a few chiropractors in London offering this specific method)

Outside of work Stavros spends most of his time either playing his beloved electric guitar, playing tennis along with restringing & tinkering with rackets or at the gym.
