About me

If you're looking for a counsellor to talk in-depth about your problems, while offering a genuine regard for your well-being, you've come to the right place. Your well-being is my ultimate concern.

Counselling is different from talking to family members and friends. I will listen, free from judgement, and help you understand your emotions and work through your problems.
I am BACP Accredited Counsellor and Clinical Supervisor, and over the years I've worked with many different issues, including anxiety, depression, panic attacks, OCD, bereavement, self-esteem and much more.
I have found a mixture of talking and Cognitive Behavioural Therapy works well with many issues.
I understand taking the first step into therapy can be daunting, but I will try my best to reassure you during our telephone consultation.
