About me

I offer supportive, evidence-based and effective therapy to help you to manage your emotions and move forward with your life. I have extensive and specialist training in my main therapeutic approaches including: Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Compassion Focused Therapy, Person Centred and mindfulness based therapies.

I have 10+ years experience working with emotional difficulties across people of all ages (18+) and backgrounds. I have worked in the NHS in both primary and secondary care services. I am also a guest lecturer in Compassion Focused Therapy at Canterbury Christchurch University on the undergraduate psychology and clinical doctorate courses.
