About me
I have worked as a therapist since 2006, qualifying in CBT in 2009. I joined the NHS in 2012 and completed further CBT training at Exeter University. Since then I have developed a special interest in PTSD, complex PTSD and childhood trauma and have completed EMDR training in 2020.
