About me

I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon of considerable experience, holding a substantive NHS position in one of the UK's largest Trusts. I have a specialist interest in urological cancer surgery and have been one of the pioneers of robotic surgery in the UK, with extensive publications in this field.
Throughout my career I have provided a general urology service in addition to my sub-specialist field.
In the private sector I practice at the Lindo Wing, St Mary's, and at King Edward VII's Hospital where I am the Executive Medical Director.

Diagnosis and treatment of prostate cancer; robotic prostatectomy for prostate cancer; diagnosis and treatment of renal (kidney) cancer; laparoscopic and robotic renal surgery; investigation of haematuria; diagnosis and management of superficial bladder tumours; cystoscopy and transurethral resection of bladder tumour (TURBT); intravesical therapies for bladder cancer; diagnosis and management of benign prostate disease; transurethral prostatectomy (TURP); diagnosis and management of recurrent urinary infection (adults); inguinoscrotal surgery (adults) for hydrocele, epididymal cyst and testicular cancer
