About me

Psychological therapy for adults aged 18 plus. General mental health problems including depression, anxiety, anger, chronic pain, panic, low self esteem, post traumatic stress, grief and loss. Specialist areas in chronic / persistent pain and living with physical health problems.

With over 13 years of experience as a Clinical Psychologist and 6 years of core training I can offer a range of therapies. This includes cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR) and mindfulness based approaches such as acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT) and compassion focused therapy (CFT). I have advanced training in ACT, which helps people learn how to handle painful thoughts and feelings whilst focusing on a sense of fulfilment in life.
