About me

I'm a counsellor & psychotherapist working under the guidelines of the BACP professional body. The sessions will move at your preferred speed and you will not be forced to work on something that you are not comfortable discussing.
I have been in practice since 2009 and have extensive experience working with adults, couples and young people(12+).

I tailor the sessions to give you as a client what you want and need from counselling. I will work with you to explore and understand your fears and distress and encourage you to move forward at your own pace. Confidentiality is assured in line with the BACP ethical guidelines.

I am based, less than a mile from the M62 in Childwall, South Liverpool.

Areas of interest

I am trained in trauma, psychodynamic therapy, trauma, person centred counselling and have a post grad in mental health. I have specific additional training in Autism and ADHD with adults and young people, grief, domestic violence, trauma, relationship counselling, anxiety, depression, PTSD, grief, abuse, self harm and eating disorders. I have specific training in end of life support.
