About me

I have many years experience ans an counsellor working in the NHS, higher education and in private practice. Counselling enables you to gain support, and to feel heard and understood. Couples can take time and have the space to fully understand themselves and their partner in how to solve their problems.
As a counsellor I work with your story. We all have our own unique story and we continue to write it all through life. At the moment you�ve hit a problem or obstacle in your story, and talking to friends and family isn�t helping. You�ve made that brave initial decision to seek counselling. Your thoughts and feelings can be quite strong and unpleasant but I am here to face them with you. How did your problem arise? Who or what contributed to it? What factors would improve it? Whether the problems are to do with your work or your personal life, we can unpack those thoughts and find new ways of thinking.

Counselling can help resolve conflicts, whether at home or at work, and improve your feelings of self-worth and confidence.
