Mr. Turab Syed is a Consultant Orthopaedic Surgeon specialising in hip arthritis and joint replacement, knee replacement, and comprehensive foot and ankle surgery. He combines clinical excellence with medicolegal expertise, providing reliable insights for both patients and legal cases.

Training & Expertise
Mr. Syed completed fellowships in lower limb arthroplasty and foot & ankle surgery at Cardiff University Hospitals, plus a German Hip Replacement fellowship in Frankfurt. He trained further with BOFAS accreditation and attended leading European cadaveric courses.
Academic & Research Roles
He holds an MSc in Sports and Exercise Medicine (Bath), has led and contributed to NIHR-funded research, and published extensively. Mr. Syed teaches at the University of Edinburgh and the University of Glasgow Medical School, and serves as faculty for surgical training courses.
Sports Medicine
Mr. Syed worked as team doctor for England Football Team C and XI from 2008–2016, as well as for MKDONS, ECCA, and MSA events, earning recognition such as the UKSEM "Best Young Researcher Award."
With advanced surgical skills, significant academic research, and medicolegal experience, Mr. Syed is regarded as a leader in orthopaedic surgery.
