About me
I am a qualified and accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience, working in the NHS and private clinical practice.
I completed my CBT training at the Institute of Psychiatry, Kings College London, trained by some of the world leading experts.
I offer evidence based psychological interventions, treating a range of psychological difficulties.

I am also a trained behavioural couples therapist delivering evidence-based interventions for couples experiencing distress in their relationships, with one or both partners experiencing depression or anxiety.
I have extensive experience specialising in working with individuals adjusting to changes in their health, often following diagnosis of long-term health conditions.
I have also completed a certificate in CBT for Long Term Persistent and Distressing Health Conditions at Kings College London.
I have a longstanding specialist interest in the role of spirituality, culture and mental health.
