About me

I am an accredited Cognitive Behavioural Psychotherapist with over 18 years of clinical experience delivering high-quality, evidence-based psychological therapy, in both the NHS and private settings.

Trained at the prestigious Institute of Psychiatry, King's College London, I have been fortunate to learn from world renowned experts in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT). My approach centres around creating a safe, compassionate and collaborative space, where we develop shared understandings of your difficulties and work towards meaningful goals.

What I Can Help With:
 Social and performance anxiety
 Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD)
 Health anxiety
 Panic disorder
 Specific phobias
 Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)
 Generalised Anxiety Disorder (GAD)
 Depression and low self-esteem
 Work-related stress and anxiety

I'm also a trained Behavioural Couples Therapist- offering structured, evidence-based interventions, designed to help couples navigate relationship challenges; particularly when one or both partners are experiencing anxiety or depression.

With specialist training in the psychological management of long-term health conditions (KCL), I work with individuals adjusting to significant changes in their health. In particular, exploring belief systems that affect adjustment to diagnosis, treatment and management of LTH conditions.

I also bring a strong academic and clinical interest in the area of Culture, Spirituality and Mental Health. As a former Clinical Tutor at University College London (UCL) for a postgraduate MH training programme, I delivered teaching on the role of culture, race, and identity on emotional wellbeing- an area that continues to inform and enrich my clinical work.

Whether you're facing anxiety, depression, relationship struggles, or life transitions, I offer a safe, supportive space to work through your challenges.

Next Steps:
If you're considering therapy, I offer an informal initial consultation to discuss your needs and explore how we may work together.
