About me
I have 20 years experience working as a mental health nurse for the NHS and 8 years experience as a Cognitive Behavioural Therapist. I work with adults and young people to treat mood disorders using Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR).
