About me

I am a Chartered Clinical Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and a registered Practitioner Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council (UK).

I specialise in adult (18 years and above) mental health, with an interest in complex trauma presentations (PTSD, Complex PTSD) and over 12 years’ experience of working with adults and their families in various settings within the NHS as well as independently.

My private practice is based in Battersea, SW London.

Therapeutic approaches I work with include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT); Compassion-Focused Therapy; Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR); Narrative Exposure Therapy; Behavioural and Solution-Focused therapies; and Systemic therapies.
