About me
I have a specialist interest in helping to support people who are experiencing emotional distress, anxiety or depression in relation to chronic health conditions, accidents or trauma.

I have an integrative approach to therapy, drawing on different areas of my training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, CAT, EMDR, Compassion focused and systemic approaches in helping to support people.

I mainly work in a relational way, using a CAT approach, to help people to better understand their relationship with themselves, their health or current difficulty, and their relationship with others. I also support clients to learn a variety of distress tolerance strategies known as the 'Decider skills'.
