Central to Dr Monica Charalambides' approach is compassion and empathy for a client’s difficulties. Working collaboratively alongside an individual to understand, process, accept and progress in whatever challenges they face is an integral component of her therapy.

She has experience of providing psychological therapy in a range of National Specialist and local NHS settings, as well as the private healthcare domain.
