About me
Kinjal Mehta began her audiology career in 2009 after having achieved a first class BSc in Audiology at the University College London. For the past 13 years, she has gained expertise in the diagnosis of newborn children, rehabilitation and providing audiological assessments for children and adults. Academically, Kinjal has progressed her field of expertise through her PhD at University College London by recently publishing a paper on the advances of Cortical Auditory Evoked Potentials.
Areas of interest
- Hearing loss assessment and its management for adults and children of all ages.
- Monitoring for glue ear cases using specialised methods such as visual reinforcement audiometry, play audiometry and tympanometry.
- Ear Protection: in-ear monitors for musicians and shooters, sleep ear-plugs and swim plugs.
