About me

I'm a chartered consultant clinical psychologist with over 25 years' experience working in the NHS. I specialise in working with adults with all types of difficulties: anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, low self-esteem, depression, bipolar disorder, psychosis, PTSD, addictions, interpersonal difficulties, pain.

I am accredited by the British Association for Behavioural and Cognitive Psychotherapies (BABCP) and I am an accredited supervisor and consultant of the association for eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing (EMDR UK). I am also a member of the Laurel Parnell Institute for Attachment-Focussed EMDR. I hold a diploma in CBT for psychosis and I am also trained in Family Intervention for psychosis. I am a member of the British Psychological Society and registered with the Health Care Professions Council.
