About me

I am a BACP accredited counsellor/psychotherapist working in private practice in Hampshire. I'm here to help with psychological difficulties that are having an impact on life, with a warm, honest and understanding approach.

I appreciate it takes courage to start a conversation about what is most personal and once that step has been taken, healing can start.

Areas of interest

I treat clients from 16 years of age upwards with a broad range of conditions including anxiety; depression; GAD; OCD, relational and social issues; existential exploration; grief; emotional distress and trauma

Therapy is supported by a humanistic, existential/gestalt, CBT, DBT approach.
