About me

I am a qualified, experienced and Accredited (BACP) counsellor and qualified IEMT practitioner. I hold a First Class Honours Degree and many post grad qualifications including a Masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy. I am currently a Doctoral Research student.

I offer short and long term therapy to adults and young people aged 15+

Therapy is a collaboration, where we will work together to explore what is going on for you; life changes, stresses, or deeper childhood issues that may be holding you back. I will aim to be warm and respectful and above all mindful of you and your process.

The first appointment is an opportunity for you to see if I am the right person for you.
