About me

I am an Accredited CBT Psychotherapist with over 10 years experience working within the NHS. I am also trained in Adult and Child EMDR Therapy (Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing) and have used this approach, with great success for trauma related difficulties and Anxiety.

I take a compassionate and wholly individualised approach to my practice. I believe that as we are all individuals with individual experiences, therapy should be tailored as such. Therefore I endeavour to provide quality evidence based therapy, with the person at the heart.

I have worked with both adults and children within a variety of health care settings and services, including NHS Primary Care (IAPT), Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS) and Specialist Eating Disorders Services.

I specialise in working with anxiety spectrum difficulties (OCD, Panic Attacks, Social and Performance Anxiety, Worry and Phobias), Depression and Post Traumatic Stress Disorder/trauma related issues.
