About me
Vicky qualified with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of Liverpool in 2013 and much of Vicky’s career has been working with children and young people within the NHS.
Vicky began working in private practice in 2019 and has been working with adults with a range of presenting issues including low mood, anxiety, work related stress and grief.

Vicky is passionate about early intervention and prevention within mental health and takes a Positive Psychology approach to building on individual’s strengths and enhancing resilience to improve wellbeing.
She is able to integrate a range of therapeutic approaches to develop the most suitable approach for you.
Vicky integrates a range of therapeutic approaches including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT).
The types of issues Vicky can help with are but not limited to anxiety, stress, relationship difficulties, trauma, depression/low mood, anger issues, grief and loss, childhood trauma, Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), and attachment difficulties.
Vicky strongly believes in the value of the therapeutic relationship in helping people to address the challenges they are facing within a safe and supportive space.
Vicky is available for face to face and remote therapy.
Vicky is professionally registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) and is Chartered with the British Psychological Society.
