About me

I am a Chartered Health Psychologist and a CBT and ACT therapist. Over the years I have worked extensively with people coping with different psychological symptoms (e.g. worries, general anxiety, stress, OCD, specific phobias, health worries, sleep problems) and physical health conditions (e.g. Cancer, Diabetes, IBD, Heart Conditions).

I strongly believe that every client is unique and I adapt the therapy to suit your needs and goals. I am passionate about enabling people to have healthier and happier lives with the benefit of evidence based psychological knowledge and practice. My aim is to help you overcome your hurdles and transform your life into the one you would like to live.
