About me

I am a registered medical consultant with The General Medical Council UK, and a fellow of The Royal College of Physicians,London. I specialise in Diabetes, Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine.

My post graduate training was in Diabetes, Endocrinology and General Internal Medicine from London /KSS Deanery.I did my higher specialist training from Guy's and St Thomas' Hospital.

My NHS practice is at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital NHS Foundation Trust and my private practice is based at Circle health hospitals. I undertakes regular specialist Endocrinology & Diabetes clinics and is responsible for caring for acutely unwell medical patients at St Peter's Hospital.I am part of the acute medical consultant rota at St Peters Hospital.One of my key responsibilities is to provide direct medical care to patients as a consultant.I have over 20 years of experience as a clinician.

I have special interest in Diabetes Foot Management and Bariatric(obesity) Medicine.I contribute to intra and interdepartmental consultations .I am an active member of Diabetes foot multidisciplinary team based at Ashford and St Peter's Hospital.

I have interest in health education. I am the firm leader for students from The Imperial College, London and St George's Medical School during their placement at St Peter's Hospital. I am actively involved in undergraduate and post graduate medical teaching.
