About me

I seek to provide a space where we both work together, in a supportive environment, on the things that may be troubling you. Sharing a problem can be hugely beneficial and therapy provides a safe and regular place for you to talk and explore difficult emotions. It can be a great relief to share your worries and fears with someone who acknowledges your feelings and works towards helping you feel better.
I have over 20 years experience of working with a wide range of issues in a number of settings.
