Neil works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist specialising in hip and knee pain working alongside local consultants Mr Pollard, Mr Andrade and Mr Nahas as well as close links to many other local consultants. Neil also works as an Advanced Practice Physiotherapist for Circle Health in North Hampshire where he performs joint injections and treats complex cases. He has recently successfully completed a Masters degree in Advanced Physiotherapy.

Sarah has experience in treating a range of acute and chronic conditions, sports injuries and post operative patients for both adults and paediatrics, and has been a Physiotherapy team lead in her most recent role. Sarah's clinical specialities include chronic pain and the impact pain can have on multiple aspects of our function and health. She leads the Basingstoke NASS group for axial spondyloarthritis with both gym and hydrotherapy based classes. She has also completed the Pelvic, Obstetric and Gynaecological Physiotherapy MSK Pregnancy certification and has a keen interest in spinal and pelvic related pain.
