About me
Dietetics was a second career for me and I am passionate about providing expert and up to date nutrition advice to my clients. Particularly in the areas of gut health, cancer survivorship, weight management and sports nutrition. I work holistically to help clients reach their goals in the shortest time possible. I have a varied background in the NHS working in both the community and hospital and most recently for a mental health charity, where I helped those with a range of mental health conditions and cognitive abilities. I can see clients by zoom if required and have current clients all around the country.
