About us

Redefining physiotherapy in the UK.

We are a brand new clinic based by Monument in the City of London within walking distance of both Bank and London Bridge.

We aim to be the first clinic to disrupt the physio model in the UK by redefining and providing tailored treatment through a multi-modal approach to get you better faster and for longer.

We utilise multiple practitioners and the latest technology such as Shockwave and Game Ready to customize the most effective treatment for you. Led by directors Anthony Brightwell and Rob Foyster, come and try a new brand of physiotherapy.

Areas of interest

We treat a spectrum of injuries ranging from acute sporting injuries, postural aches and strains to long standing chronic pain e.g sciatica, tennis elbow, neck and shoulder and lower back pain. Our practitioners have a special interest in working with the McKenzie Method, as well as children with musculoskeletal concerns (older than 5 years).

Our therapists have worked for a range of professional outfits including teams in the English Premier League, Dutch Premier League, Australian Football League, British Badminton, pop artists and even royalty. We bridge our knowledge and treatment practice together to help all patients ranging from non-athletes, recreational athletes and professional sports persons.
