About me

I am an BACP Accredited Integrative therapist I have been qualified since 2011 within this time I have worked at;
* Counsellor for Basildon MIND Charity for my first 3 years with children and adolescents - for Anxiety & Depression, School anxiety, bereavement and loss.

* The Priory Hospital Chelmsford CAMHS inpatient/outpatient service since 2010, initially as teaching assistant for inpatients (first 7 years and then 3 years as Therapist)
I was also Sessional Therapist for CAMHS and Adults outpatients (I still am doing this and now do it remotely).

I also was Therapist on the Adult Eating Disorder ward (3 months) in this time did 1:1 work and group work.


* I have run my own private practice since 2011 - face to face and online - I have worked with many mental health conditions within the umbrella of Anxiety and Depression.

I work from young people aged 12 years and adults.

Areas of interest

I have worked with many clients with Generalised Anxiety, Health Anxiety, Social Anxiety and Depression, Obsessional compulsive disorder, Bereavement and loss, Eating disorders and PTSD.

I have completed further training in these areas;
* Trauma Diploma (2018)

* Practitioners training in supporting Post Natal Mental Health & Early Parenting Relationships (CPNP) in 2020

* Practitioners skills in Eating disorders training in 2023
