About me

I am an BACP Accredited Integrative therapist who has been qualified since 2011.

Since qualifying I have worked at;
* Basildon MIND first 3 years with children and adolescents

* The Priory Hospital Chelmsford CAMHS inpatient/outpatient service since 2010, initially as teaching assistant for inpatients (first 7 years and then 3 years as therapist)
I was also sessional therapist for CAMHS outpatients (I still am doing this and now do it remotely).
I also was Therapist on the Adult Eating Disorder ward (3 months) in this time did 1:1 work and group work.

I have run my private practice since 2011 - face to face and online.

I have worked with many conditions within the umbrella of Anxiety and Depression.

I work from young people aged 12 years and adults.
