About us

JDB Physio, a physiotherapy clinic located at Hedsor Golf Club. We are Jade and Tiana, both qualified and experienced physiotherapists.

Our Background:

- Jade holds a BSc (Hons) in Physiotherapy and PGDip Veterinary Physiotherapy. She has specialised in musculoskeletal physiotherapy, working in both clinical and sports settings. Jade has extensive experience with British Judo athletes and continues to work with the English National Ballet, treating a wide variety of injuries.

- Tiana holds a BSc (Hons) in Sports Therapy and MSc in Physiotherapy. With a background as Head of Medical at Beaconsfield Rugby Club, Tiana brings a range of experience in sports therapy and injury management to our team.
