About me
Focusing on symptom relief and future prevention.
Working with you to ensure the best possible outcome.
Returning you to health and fitness with confidence.
Borehamwood Physio is owned by Katy Neale, an experienced Physiotherapist graduating with BSc(hons) in 2001 and completing a Masters in Physiotherapy. She is a member of the MACP, Physiotherapy Acupuncture Association and an APPI Clinical Pilates instructor.
The focus of treatment is on symptom relief and future prevention. At your first appointment an in-depth physiotherapy assessment focusing on the root cause of the problem is undertaken.
Katy then works with you to ensure the best possible outcome, so that you can return to full health and fitness and engage in all your daily activities with confidence. Treatment includes manual therapy, strength and conditioning, core strengthening, postural education, acupuncture and personalised advice.
Embodied Evolution is also owned by Katy Neale and has more details about group pilates classes www.embodiedevolution.co.uk
