About me

Having worked in mental health services for over 20 years, I am a qualified and accredited therapist experienced in working with complexity. I am able to work with individuals over the age of 18 with a range of difficulties including depression, anxiety disorders and complex trauma. I have specialist experience of working within a trauma service delivering both EMDR and CBT to a high standard.
