About me
Mr Dudhniwala is a fellowship-trained Spinal surgeon with a Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery training from Welsh Orthopaedic Rotation and Postgraduate Orthopaedic training from Mumbai. His elective practise primarily involves treatment of degenerative Spinal conditions of Cervical and Lumbar spine with minimally invasive techniques.
Mr Dudhniwala NHS practice is based at Royal Free London NHS Trust, where besides Spinal surgery he is also involved in the provision Orthopaedic Trauma (Fracture) care. He is actively involved in the teaching of Undergraduate students, Training of Junior doctors. He also teaches as a faculty in Orthopaedic Training courses and Postgraduate teaching programmes.
Mr Dudhniwala has published in many peer-reviewed medical journals and also contributed to a textbook with a chapter on Spine. He has extensively presented at National and International conferences.

Spinal Surgery:
Mr Dudhniwala treats Back pain, Sciatica, Neck pain and radicular pain with minimally invasive techniques. He regularly performs Lumbar discectomy, Lumbar Decompression, Cervical fusion, Disc replacements and Lumbar fusion operations with aid of a microscope, He also provides Spinal injection like Epidurals, Nerve root blocks and facet joint injection.
Mr Dudhniwala provides treatment of Spinal fracture with fixation, Balloon Kyphoplasty and Vertebroplasty.
Trauma and Orthopaedic Surgery
Mr Dudhniwala offers Treatment of most fractures and injuries in the Limbs and Hip with the operation and non-operative methods,
He also provides Carpal Tunnel Syndrome treatment and Ulnar Nerve release surgery.
