About me

I am a clinical psychologist with substantial experience of working with individuals, couples and families experiencing psychological difficulties, distress and harmful behaviour including conflict and family separation.

I tend to use models that are systemic and relational. In other words I accept that people are not living in isolation; we have relationships with ourselves as well as other people. Approaching these relationships with compassion, curiosity and a psychological understanding can help people to move from a position of distress to one of empowerment and well-being.
