About me
I have qualifications in social work, individual counselling and family counselling and have been helping children, young people and adults for 30 years.
In our first session we will discuss what troubles you and how I can best help you better understand yourself and the issues in your life that are problematic. You are the expert in your own life and I will support you in finding your strengths, finding solutions and moving forward. I integrate a number of therapy approaches, I like using art and creative materials or psychoeducation if appropriate.
