About me
I have qualifications in social work, individual counselling, family counselling and EMDR. I ahave been helping children, young people and adults for over 30 years.
In our first session we will discuss what troubles you and how I can best help you better understand yourself and the issues in your life that are problematic. You are the expert in your own life and I will support you in finding your strengths, finding solutions and moving forward. I integrate a number of therapy approaches, I like using art and creative materials or psychoeducation if appropriate.
