Hello, my name is Becky. I am a British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy Accredited Member, Degree and Post Graduate qualified Counsellor and Psychotherapist.
I have worked in a number of settings:-
Primary Care (medical centres)
Employee Assistance Programmes for various assurance companies
Mental Health Charities (such as Mind)
In schools
I am an integrative counsellor which means I have trained in a variety of different types of counselling (such as Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Mindfulness and Breathing Techniques, PTSD, Life Coaching, Felt Sense, Solution Focused, Attachment Therapy, Symbolic and Creative Therapy etc) which enables me to tailor my counselling to your particular needs, to support you in the most effective way.
