About me

I graduated from Rawalpindi Medical College, Pakistan. I completed my basic surgical training in Merseyside. My interest in surgical research brought me to St Thomas’ Hospital in London where I completed a higher degree at Kings College London. My higher surgical training was in London (North East Thames rotation). I obtained valuable training while working with world-renowned surgeons at tertiary centres in London. After finishing my training, I did a post CCT fellowship in robotic surgery at Portsmouth.
I have been working as a consultant colorectal & general surgeon at Basildon & Thurrock University Hospital since April 2018. My special interest is in minimally invasive colorectal and general surgery.
