About me
Rebecca is a chartered clinical psychologist who has considerable experience of providing individual therapies for adults with a broad range of psychological difficulties in NHS and private settings. Rebecca draws on multiple therapeutic approaches in order to provide integrative therapies which are tailored to individual needs. She has worked with a wide range of difficulties, including mood and anxiety problems, low self-esteem, relationship difficulties, psychosis, trauma and loss.
Rebecca gained a degree in Psychology at the University of Manchester in 2003 and subsequently worked as an Assistant Psychologist in the NHS. She completed her Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, also at the University of Manchester, in 2010. Rebecca has also completed a Diploma in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy at Lancaster University and has received training and supervision in various other approaches, including cognitive analytic therapy, compassion focused therapy, mindfulness based cognitive therapy and psychodynamic interpersonal therapy. Rebecca holds current registration with the Health and Care Professions Council and is a chartered member of the British Psychological Society.
