About me
I first qualified as a mental health nurse in 2002 gaining extensive and invaluable experience working initially within an in-patient unit, and latterly as a Community Psychiatric Nurse (CPN) within a multi-disciplinary Team.
In 2010 I went back to university to re-train as a psychotherapist and obtained my university diploma in 2013. Since then, I have continued to enhance my skills and knowledge base to include working with individuals to deliver a broad range of evidence-based treatment protocols.
I believe that we all have a right to be heard and listened to and, over my years of working with adults of all ages and backgrounds, I truly believe that education and understanding is the key to positive mental health.
Should you choose to come and see me I will work alongside you to enable you to gain this understanding and knowledge and to learn new techniques and skills to equip you towards leading a happier and more fulfilled future
