About me
I am a BACP accredited qualified Integrative Counsellor, who's background is rooted in psycho-dynamic, existential and person centred training. I have experience in helping people with a vast range of issues. I offer a safe, non-judgmental, therapeutic space in which people can explore and process thoughts & emotions, which they are finding difficult or confusing. By drawing on my Integrative training, I aim to find a way we can work together that is tailored to you. Together we can work on issues concerning the past that effect the present and future.
