About me

I work with under 25 year olds and specialise in animal assisted therapy so it is likely I will have my therapy dog in some sessions with me! I work in a fairly relaxed, down to earth and creative way as I don't believe that being very formal is always the best way to make therapy accessible, especially for young people.
I mainly work within a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy framework and worked in the NHS for over 20 years prior to setting up my not for profit psychology practice in 2017.
