About me

Hi I'm Chris, I'm a Chartered Psychologist, a qualified EMDR practitioner and a qualified Cognitive Behavioural Hypnotherapist. I adopt an approach tailored to your unique concerns and aspirations, to help reduce distress and promote greater engagement in life.

I have also worked extensively in the corporate sector as a coach and mental health facilitator, where I have assisted organisations to improve psychological health and safety. I also work frequently with the LGBTIQ+ community.
