About me
I specialise in neurodivergence. I offer diagnostic assessments to teenagers and adults who think they may be autistic.
I have particular expertise in working with autistic females who often mask their differences/challenges.
I am highly experienced in helping people to reduce overwhelm and autistic burnout.
As a mental health trained practitioner I am also experienced in working with a range of complex mental health concerns and offer therapy for depression, anxiety, trauma, grief etc.
