Sara offers therapy for Children; Adolescents, and; Adults who are experiencing a range of mental health difficulties, including; Depression; Anxiety, and; Work-related stress amongst many other problems.
She works with couples and families and is skilled in helping parents to develop their parenting skills.
She uses a range of therapies and interventions including; Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT); Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT); Dialectical Behavioural Therapy (DBT); Narrative Therapy; Psychodynamic therapy; Compassion Focussed Therapy (CFT); Mentalization Based Therapy (MBT) and; Systemic therapy as well as Solihull Approach and Incredible Years Parenting skills courses.
