For over 10 years, I have worked in a multidisciplinary Child & Adolescent Mental Health Service - NHS, specialising in assessing and treating various emotional and behavioural difficulties with young people and their families, e.g; anxiety, depression, trauma, OCD, eating disorders, self-harm, suicidal thoughts

I firmly believe in working alongside to help understand individual experiences, empowering to find solutions to the challenges they face and build resilience
