About me
I am a Consultant Urological Surgeon at Mid Yorkshire Hospitals NHS Trust.
In addition to the management of general urological conditions, I have a subspecialty interest in the management of urinary tract stones (kidney stones, ureteric stone and bladder stones) including metabolic assessment of stones and stone prevention strategies. I also subspecialise in laparoscopic/ robotic (minimally invasive) urological surgeries for both benign and malignant conditions affecting the kidneys and ureters.
I completed my urological training in Yorkshire region in 2016. I also underwent advanced fellowships in world-renowned centres in Europe and a post-CCT fellowship in minimally invasive surgery.
During my training, I completed a master’s degree (ChM) in Urology (with Distinction) from the University of Edinburgh and I was awarded the Henry Wade Medal as the best performing postgraduate student.
I have numerous peer review publications and international presentations.
