About me

I'm a Clinical Psychologist, working with high achievers who struggle with high functioning anxiety, self-confidence and self-esteem, burnout, stress, and relationship difficulties. If on the surface you look like you have it all together, but the silent voice of self-doubt plagues you, then we will likely work well together.

My style in therapy is collaborative, engaging, direct, and not very formal. I don't take myself too seriously, can be slightly irreverent, and enjoy taking a creative and practical approach to problem solving. I use an integrative approach in therapy, which means I draw from a number of different theories, depending on what is most appropriate. I mostly draw from CBT, ACT, narrative, systemic and solution-focused paradigms.

I also run a clinic with Psychologists who specialise in neurodiversity, trauma, CBT therapy, and adolescent work.

Research is really clear that the outcome of therapy is directly linked to the relationship you have with your therapist. Because of this, we offer a free 20 minute consultation via Zoom to determine whether I am the best fit for you. Outside of therapy I am a mum of three, running enthusiast, music lover, and people person at heart.

Areas of interest

I'm a Clinical Psychologist offering both ADHD assessments and therapy for adolescents and adults who struggle with depression, anxiety, self-esteem, relational difficulties, work stress, burnout, ADHD, Autistic spectrum disorder, and other mental health difficulties. I have a special interest in high achievers and high functioning anxiety.
