About me
HCPC Registered Dietitian (adults and adolescents)
BSc, MSc, PGcert, Counselling Skills Practitioner (She/her)
We are all born with a natural intuition around eating, but our life journey, health challenges, or conflicting messages from the media can make it understandably confusing to know what's right when it comes to food. I am a Registered Dietitian with 14 years of NHS and private practice experience in supporting people to improve their health and relationship with food. My role is to help you reconnect with balance, so that food becomes both nourishing and enjoyable. If you feel trapped in unhealthy dieting cycles, I can help you rebuild trust in your body, enjoy food without guilt, and experience long lasting wellness and energy.
I work with adults, young people, and families across a wide range of areas, including:
Eating disorders and difficulties with emotional or disordered eating
Weight loss and management (non-diet approach)
Women's health: fertility, pregnancy, PCOS, menopause
Sports nutrition and RED-S (relative energy deficiency in sport)
Prevention and management of long-term conditions such as Type 2 diabetes, heart disease and metabolic syndrome
Plant-based diets, chronic fatigue, low energy, IBS, and more
My approach is compassionate, evidence-based, and integrates psychological therapeutic techniques which I have found fundamental for achieving and maintaining health behaviour change.
Where appropriate, I liaise with other health professionals to ensure holistic care. As every person has different needs, your new nutrition habits will be built around your lifestyle and routine so that they are realistic and sustainable. I aim to make sessions accessible and flexible, ensuring that support fits around your lifestyle and commitments.
