About me

Are you feeling overwhelmed? Is your child struggling with friendships, avoiding school or worrying a lot of the time, impacting on their day to day happiness? Perhaps you are struggling with OCD, or at a transitional point in your life and finding it all too much.

Specialists in working with anxiety and trauma related difficulties in children, parents, families and adults, we are Clinical Psychologists registered with the HCPC and chartered with the BPS, with extensive experience both in the NHS and the independent sector.

We use a range of approaches including EMDR, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Compassion Focused Therapy and attachment/trauma models. We are able to provide psychological assessments and therapeutic interventions for children, young people and adults.

Our values of compassion, integrity and connection are at the heart of all that we do. We understand that seeking support when you're feeling vulnerable is a scary step and we strive to put you at ease from your first contact with us and throughout our work together.
