About me

I specialise in working with children, young people, and families. I also have over 15 years' experience of offering psychological support to children and adults diagnosed on the autism spectrum.

My approach is warm, empathic, non-judgemental and collaborative. I aim to provide a safe, comfortable, space in which we can discuss difficulties and think together about what psychological approaches might be most helpful.

As a clinical psychologist, I am trained in multiple therapeutic models. This means that I can offer evidence-informed support which is tailored to the individual needs and circumstances of children, young adults, and families.

In terms of my experience, I have worked extensively in NHS services, with schools, and in specialist educational and residential services for young people with autism.
