About me

I am a chartered and clinical psychologist with 18 years of experience in both the NHS and independent practice. I work with adults with a broad range of difficulties including anxiety, depression, trauma, adjusting to loss and life transitions, and individuals who find it hard to build and maintain healthy relationships. I work also with adjustment to physical ill health, perimenopause and overcoming stress. I also provide ADHD assessments and ADHD coaching for adults.

I am trained in CBT, compassion-focused therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). I am also an accredited schema therapist and schema therapy is particularly helpful for addressing long-standing relationship and mood difficulties and helping to change difficult coping behaviours.
I use an evidence-based approach to understand and treat psychological difficulties and try to identify changes you would like to make. I aim to identify your current strengths and what is working well, along with helping you build new skills to improve your life.
I work with those aged 16 and above.
